Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

We at Eaudesouffle value you as a customer, and your satisfaction is our top priority.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase of our all natural products for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of unused items, in their original box and/or packaging within 30 days of the sale date, for a refund or replacement.


Please contact us at eaudesouffle@gmail.com to speak with a specialist.  Please have your order number, name, email address and phone number ready.  We are available Monday –Friday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. EST. You will be given a return authorization number (RA) from one of our specialists.  Please write this number on the outside of the box being returned, and on the packing slip/invoice returned with the merchandise.


Upon receiving the return authorization number, please ship all unused merchandise in its original packaging with packing slip/invoice for a full refund or exchange to:

*please note, we do not exchange or refund an item, due to change of mind, and all shipping charges are non-refundable.*
Please ship the return/exchange via insured carrier (FedEx, UPS) to keep track of shipment, and keep your shipment receipt in case the package is damaged or lost in transit.  We cannot issue a refund or exchange until the merchandise is received by Eaudesouffle.



Shipping
Processing: Orders are processed within 12-24 hours from the date of purchase. Processing means receiving your information and preparing your order.

Shipping: Orders are shipped from our facility within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information. Please note that some carriers may not have tracking information available for up to 24 hours after the package has been shipped.

LOST or DAMAGED PACKAGES:

We are responsible for the following:

Lost packages during transit (With correct and completed shipping addresses)
Spilled packages (Please keep all packing material and notify us within 1 business day of receiving package)
Reshipping fees for returned packages (With correct and completed addresses)

We are NOT responsible for the following:

Lost packages (With incorrect and incomplete shipping addresses). Please contact the shipping carrier listed in your tracking information for assistance.
Packages that have been verified as delivered by the shipping carrier listed in your tracking information. Please contact the shipping carrier for further assistance.
Reshipment fees for returned packages (With incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Please expect a slight shipping delay during the month of February, inclement weather, major holidays and our big online sales.
